Products at the Hilliard Farm Market –

  • All items for sale are produced in Ohio
  • Each vendor is also the producer – at least 75% of items sold at each booth are grown or made by the vendor
  • Homemade products are allowed, such as baked goods, honey, jams, cheese, etc.
  • All items for sale must be linked to agriculture
  • Several of our vendors are GAP Certified (Good Agriculture Practices) use organic methods

All vendors selling food products must provide proof of Liability Insurance, in the form of a Certificate of Insurance greater than or equal to $1 million, to cover their risks at the Market. Hilliard United Methodist Church must be named as an additional insured on the policy. Proof of insurance must be submitted to the Hilliard Farm Market Committee upon selection. Any vendor who cannot provide proof of insurance will not be able to attend the market.

To offer the community the opportunity to purchase locally grown produce directly from farmers.  The market will enhance the economic viability of our local farmers while providing a variety of fresh and nutritional food choices. The market also helps further the development of the Hilliard community by providing an activity which fosters social gathering and interaction.
